Concept
The color palette throughout was kept simple, and dark, combined with warm ochres and hints of greens. Rich textures were used throughout including a combination of dark marble and wood flooring, glass elements, marble, and open weave textiles – all helping to create an interesting and aesthetically pleasing space
Realization
Rich textures were used throughout including a combination of dark marble and wood flooring, glass elements, marble, and open weave textiles – all helping to create an interesting and aesthetically pleasing space. These worked as a counterfoil to the building’s brutalist concrete architecture and helped give the required sense of warmth and cocooning.
